What alcohol is included in your mobile bartending packages?
Actually, none! Due to Florida State Law, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. Don't worry, we'll give you a personalized shopping list based on your event size and preferences, whether you're in Sarasota, Bradenton, or the Tampa Bay area. Just remember, no cash bars allowed!
Can I taste the cocktails before my event?
Yes, for a truly bespoke experience, we offer a cocktail tasting session. For $300, we'll bring the bar experience to you (within 10 miles of Lakewood Ranch) for a tasting of your chosen drinks. Just remember, the alcohol's on you!
Is Suncoast Toasts insured and certified?
Absolutely! We carry 2 million in general and liquor liability insurance. We are happy to provide any venue or event coordinator with a copy of our COI. All of our bar staff are TIPS and ServSafe certified. We’re all about safe, responsible drink service!
Where does Suncoast Toasts offer mobile bartending services?
Based in Lakewood Ranch, we bring our bartending magic to the entire Suncoast area, including Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and beyond. The first 20 miles are on us, and after that, we have a friendly travel fee. Perfect for any event, anywhere along the coast!
Does your mobile bar service provide glassware?
We offer Tossware – stylish, shatterproof, and perfect for any event setting. While we don't provide traditional glassware due to space and safety considerations, our Tossware options are versatile and eco-friendly.
What’s the plan for outdoor events in case of bad weather?
Florida’s weather can be unpredictable, but we’re always prepared. If bad weather looms, we can either move indoors or coordinate with your tent vendor to ensure our services continue smoothly, rain or shine!
Can Suncoast Toasts provide non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails?
Absolutely! We have a list of curated craft mocktails, and we are happy to accommodate other requests. Perfect for any event, the pricing is the same, ensuring everyone gets to enjoy a special drink, alcoholic or not.
What is Suncoast Toasts’ cancellation policy for bartending services?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before event day. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the event will lose the right to any refund.
